Continuous operation, from generation to grid.

Our systems protect control rooms, switchgear, turbine auxiliaries, and mission-critical process equipment against disturbances, outages, and demanding operating conditions.

FROM GENERATION TO GRID

Power systems that protect the process behind the megawatts.

Generating assets and industrial zones rely on uninterrupted control power to coordinate protection, switching, auxiliaries, and process automation. ENCLOVE systems isolate these critical loads from supply events and provide the autonomy required for safe, orderly response.

UPS and DC systems support protection relays and control rooms; battery chargers maintain standby banks; inverters sustain AC auxiliaries; and tailored power conversion packages align with each site’s voltage, autonomy, and redundancy requirements.

Power plant and industrial zone questions

Which loads do ENCLOVE systems protect in a power plant or substation?
Every major load in a plant or substation has a system behind it: the control room, its switchgear and the protection relays run on UPS and DC power, turbine auxiliaries carry their own industrial UPS, battery chargers keep the standby banks topped up, and inverters supply the AC auxiliaries.
Why do generating assets need uninterrupted control power?
A gap in control power during a fault leaves protection relays unable to trip correctly and switchgear unable to complete its sequence, which is why these sites keep control power on its own UPS and DC supply, with enough stored energy to ride through the disturbance and shut down in an orderly way.
How is a system matched to a particular site?
Every installation gets sized to that site's electrical and physical realities — how the plant is wired, how much stored energy the loads need, and how many layers of backup redundancy the site calls for.
What keeps a station's standby battery bank ready?
A dedicated battery charger stays on the standby bank around the clock, replacing the self-discharge and any load draw so the bank sits at full charge and is ready the moment the protection and control systems call on it.
