What AC input voltage range does the ETR 1524 accept, and can it run on DC?

The module accepts 85Vac to 305Vac (nominal @ 185Vac to 275Vac) at 45Hz to 66Hz. It also accepts a DC input of 100Vdc to 305Vdc (nominal @ 210Vdc to 275Vdc), and shuts down above 305Vac with hysteresis.
